PROPEL is a new ministry of ABWE, under the direction of WORD Ministries (a part of International Ministries), which exists to support world-wide church planting endeavors by pro-viding web-based teaching and training resources for children and youth. Teachers, missionaries and national believers will be able to access the PROPEL web site to download materials free of charge. Our goal is to make a variety of resources (Bible lessons, stories, tracts, etc, including visuals) available to print or use in multi-media presentations--and in multiple languages.

Our desire is to minister first to those who do not have access to the wealth of Christian education materials available in developed countries, but do have access to the Internet, thus "the barefoot evangelist" and those in closed countries will be the primary emphasis of PROPEL. As part of PROPEL, teacher training for both missionaries and national believers will be offered online and on the field.
